Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha, better popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw, is one of the popular British film and stage actress that gained fame after she starred in the 'Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) The show aired on BBC channel. Gugu gained fame for her role as Tish Jones on the BBC series. The character was sister to a main character known as Martha Jones. Chelsea Joy Handler, born 25 February 1975 at Livingston New Jersey, is the youngest of six children. She was the youngest of six kids in the family. Handler's parents were both householders. Her father worked as a used car seller. Her mother arrived in America in 1958 after emigrating from Germany. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1989 and was able to die after fighting the disease for 10 years. Handler's father is Jewish as was her mother. She brought up Reform Judaism. Handler was raised in a wonderful area with a great family. As a teenager She made the move into Los Angeles, California to take on a profession in acting. Handler became an actress to assist her. Handler's ability to write stories came into play when she reached the age of twenty-one. Handler then decided to make a full-time commitment to stand up comedy. Handler began her professional career being a part of the all-female Oxygen group, who was a part of a television show called Girls Behaving BADLY. The show was renowned for its secret camera and humorous jokes. The show ran from 2002 until 2005. Handler was a part of various shows, such as Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show The Practice as well as My Wife and Kids. Handler was also a an associate to The Tonight Show. Handler got her big break in 2006 when she started hosting her own show on E! called The Chelsea Handler show. The show ran for a total of two seasons. Handler performed on Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour the following year throughout the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have aired her stand-up performances. The show was announced as the host of 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in 2010. The only female host of the VMAs after Roseanne Bar.
